Updating a Patient's Email Address

How to edit patient's email if entered incorrectly

  1. From the Active Patients List, search for the patient and click into their profile.

  2. Expand the patient profile by selecting the arrow at the bottom right corner of the screen as shown.

  3. The patient's email will appear on the right of the screen together with additional information.


    How to edit their email

  4. On the patient information screen, click the Edit button.


  5. To change their email, click on the email field and edit as necessary.

  6. Once happy with your changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

  7. In the following pop-up screen, make sure the check box for sending a new enrolment email is ticked and click Confirm.
