Follow this step-by-step guide to get started using the patientMpower app. Please note these steps are only for users that have been enrolled in a remote monitoring programme by their clinician.

Enrolment Email

If your clinician has enrolled you in a remote monitoring programme on the patientMpower platform, you will receive an enrolment email from info@patientmpower.com. Please note this email can sometimes appear in your spam.

This email will walk you through the steps of setting a password, downloading the app and logging in.

Note: If you are being enrolled in a remote monitoring programme, please wait until you receive the enrolment email before downloading the patientMpower app. Do not go ahead and create your own account.

Creating a Password

You will first be asked to create a password. Click on the link in the enrolment email to set your password. Your password needs to have at least 8 characters, at least one upper-case letter, at least one lower-case letter and at least one number.

Note: The password link will expire after 72 hours. If this happens, contact our support team at support@patientmpower.com to request a new password link.

Once you have set your password, you can return to your enrolment email.

Downloading the patientMpower App

You will then be asked to download the patientMpower app onto your smartphone or tablet device. The app is available to download for free for both Android and IOS.

You can click on either the Android or IOS link in your enrolment email. This will bring you to the patientMpower app where you will be able to download.

When the app is downloaded, you can open up the app to the Welcome Screen. Click Get Started to log in.

You will then have to enter your email address (the same one that received the enrolment email) and the password you created earlier. Finally, click the Log In button.

You are now logged into the patientMpower app!

Your next step will be to connect your Bluetooth devices to the app.

If you need any help getting started on the patientMpower app, please don't hesitate to get in contact with our support team by emailing support@patientmpower.com
