I forgot my password. What should I do?

  1. Open the patientMpower app

  2. Choose the I forgot my password! option

  3. Enter the email address that your clinician enrolled you with

  4. Click Reset Password. This will send a password reset link to your email address

  5. Click Back to Log In

  6. Open the email you received from info@patientmpower.com

  7. Click on the link provided

  8. Enter your new password twice and confirm by pressing Change my password

    Please Note: Your password must have at least 8 characters, at least one upper-case letter, at least one lower-case letter and at least one number.

You can now go back to the patientMpower app and Log In using your new password!
