Open the patientMpower app
Choose the I forgot my password! option
Enter the email address that your clinician enrolled you with
Click Reset Password. This will send a password reset link to your email address
Click Back to Log In
Open the email you received from info@patientmpower.com
Click on the link provided
Enter your new password twice and confirm by pressing Change my password
Please Note: Your password must have at least 8 characters, at least one upper-case letter, at least one lower-case letter and at least one number.
You can now go back to the patientMpower app and Log In using your new password!
