Location permissions are important to give you the best patientMpower experience with the most accurate data.
On Android phones and tablets, location permissions must be enabled in order for your devices to connect with the app. This connection allows your devices to send information to your app and then to your clinical care team.
Location permissions are also needed to use the Air Quality Indicator. This feature allows the app to give you information regarding the air quality in your current location.
While the app requires location permissions for these features, your location data is not stored by patientMpower unless specifically required by a clinical study or the hospital by which you are enrolled.
