The Insights Portal can be used to send direct messages to patients enrolled on the patientMpower app. Messages can be written as multiple choice questions, prompts with deadlines or simple reminders.
Open the Insights Portal, and select the patient you wish to message.
From the side bar, select Messages.
Click Send Message
You can now begin typing your message. Using the drop-down menu located on the top right corner, you can select how you would like the patient to respond (open-ended message, multiple choice selection, or no reply needed). You can also set a deadline of up to one week for required replies.
Click Send- Great! Your patient has received your message.
You can view a patients response by selecting the conversation.
