A firmware update provides you with an enhanced user experience and the most up-to-date features for the device. You can update your spirometer by using the "Fix Spiro" app on your phone or tablet.
Search for and download the "Fix Spiro" app from the App Store for iPhone or the Google Play Store for Android. Once downloaded, open the app.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet.
Make sure your spirometer is beside your phone and the batteries are inserted correctly.
Your spirometer should appear on the app as "Spirobank Smart" followed by the serial number. Click on your device serial number.
If an update is needed it should begin automatically and shouldn't take longer than a minute. A confirmation message will appear when the update is complete. If no update is needed, a green tick will appear with the message 'Already updated'.
