If you change your phone or tablet, you will have to download the patientMpower app again and log in. Please note all of your previous data and measurements will not be lost. 

Download the patientMpower app from the <a href="https://apps.apple.com/ie/app/patientmpower/id1077787395" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">App Store</a> (Apple) or <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maithu.transplantbuddy&amp;pli=1" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Play Store</a> (Android). 

Open the patientMpower app and press the <b>Log In </b>button. Enter your existing email address and password. 

You will then have to reconnect your devices to the app. Follow the steps in the articles below to do this. 

1. Download the patientMpower app from the <a href="https://apps.apple.com/ie/app/patientmpower/id1077787395" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">App Store</a> (Apple) or <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maithu.transplantbuddy&amp;pli=1" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Play Store</a> (Android).
