Here is a list of the errors you may seeing and the appropriate troubleshooting step:
Error Cuff - The cuff is not applied correctly. Make sure you have the cuff directly on your skin, just above the elbow of your left arm. Also, ensure that the cuff plug is fully connected to the monitor
Error E or Error 9 - Remove the batteries and press the Start button. Reinsert the batteries and try again.
Error 10 or Error 11 - The device has not connected to the app. Remove the batteries and re-insert. Try the pairing process again
Nothing appears on the screen - Batteries could be low, replace and try again
Screen lights up but the cuff doesn’t inflate - Batteries could be too low to inflate the cuff. Replace and try again
