Bluetooth connection issues

If you are repeatedly getting a connection error message on your device please follow these steps to troubleshoot. Please note these instructions are only suitable for Android phones and tablets.

  1. Open the Settings on your phone.

  2. Click on Apps & Notifications or Apps depending on your device.

  3. Find the patientMpower app from your list of apps and click into it.

  4. Click Storage.

  5. Click on the option to Clear Cache.

You can then go back to the patientMpower app and try to pair your device again. If you are still experiencing connection issues after this, please email support@patientmpower.com.
